Influencer profiles are by invitation only.
You must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Account and Profile

Upon acceptance, you may create a profile and list your services.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date information and for all activity on your account.

3. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you post.
By uploading or posting any content, you represent and warrant that:

You have full rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share the content.

The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from content you upload or share.

4. Pricing and Payments

You are responsible for setting your own pricing from a drop-down price list by creating service packages on the Site.
Clients book these packages directly through the Site.
We manage the full transaction process, including collecting payment from the client, holding funds until the client approves the delivered content, and releasing payment to you via PayPal..
We retain a 20% administrative fee from each completed booking. The remaining 80% will be paid to you after client approval..
Payments are only released once the client confirms that the content has been delivered and approved according to the booked package..

5. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Site.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.

6. Removal and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at our sole discretion, for any reason and without notice.

7. No Employment or Contractual Relationship

Your use of the Site does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with us.
We are not entering into any contract with you beyond these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Site or interactions with clients.
You use the Site at your own risk.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
